About Me
Prior to working as a NDIS Support Coordinator, I previously worked at the National Disability Insurance Scheme supporting participants from 7 years to those who are supported in the aged care team, experiencing a range of disabilities. I am passionate about the work I undertake, wanting to reduce stress as much as possible to those navigating the NDIS Scheme.
I have a strong ability to explain funding included in a plan and always find a solution whether it be to link with a mainstream support, encourage to link to a different support that improves daily life and put a plan in place moving forward.

Level 2 and 3 Support Coordination
It is important to choose a Support Coordinator who ‘is the right fit’ to enable a positive working relationship to grow. Having the right person who has knowledge about the NDIS Scheme will assist in navigating the challenges that are experienced.
A Level 2 Support Coordinator will focus on the goals in an individual’s plan, assist with linking to suitable providers who understand the needs of an individual, support with planning meetings, ensuring continuity with care supports and maintain relationships with providers.
A Level 3 Support Coordinator focuses on responding to complex circumstances and barriers that impact consistency of services. Focus is on planning, reducing risks, action plan, maintaining the immediate safety of individuals.
